Rooms
The Common Rooms
We have a private front door entrance and three
common rooms reserved especially for our guests. Our bed and
breakfast is centrally air-conditioned and heated, providing
comfort for our guests in each room. The entire house is WIFI
enabled, so you can bring your laptop and access the internet
from your room or any of our common rooms at any time.

We also have plenty of outdoor
space, including a spacious porch where a lovely afternoon tea

The Formal Dining Room
Here you will enjoy a hearty, delicious breakfast served
at 8:30 a.m. Or you may sit awhile and chat with us while
enjoying an evening snack. A small refrigerator is available
for guest use. |

The Formal Living Room
A large, bright comfortable room with sofa and love seat.
Sit and relax while enjoying a good book, working on a puzzle,
or browsing through the brochures describing the many things
you can do in Lancaster County as well as menus from many
of the local eateries.
We also have a smaller, cozy corner with a love seat and
wing back chair where you can catch a quick nap before your
next activity. |

We have a choice of three fully air-conditioned guest bedrooms
to suit your taste. All rooms have DirectTV and WIFI. |

The Victorian Room
Our Victorian Room features a rose motif
and lovely cherry European style queen-size bed, matching
cherry furniture, and a love seat. The private bath features
a Jacuzzi for your relaxation and enjoyment. The room boasts
5 large windows overlooking Amish farmland.

The Garden Room
This enchanting room is done in garden green
and rose colors with beautiful cherry queen-size bed and
matching cherry furniture. Enjoy the exquisite beauty of
the handmade Country Roses quilt made by a local quilt shop.
The Jacuzzi in the private bath will provide the perfect
ending to your day. Three large windows provide a view of
the surrounding countryside in the privacy of your room.
This suite can be a romantic getaway for two or it can accommodate
a family of four.

The Lavender Room
This
room features a wrought iron canopy queen size bed and
a marble top bachelor's chest. The room and private bath
are done in subdued tones of purple and beige. Relax
by the three large windows taking in the sights and sounds
of Lancaster County.
